At first, I took the 3-Day Insomnia gummy by itself and i slept well. But, when I added the deep sleep gummy, my sleep was deeper and I woke up feeling more refreshed and well-rested.

I shared a photo with my hand in it for size! This is the 36 count bottle. I think the thing I like about Flora and Bast products is that they're not overpowering. I want to be able to get a boost when I need one without having it affect my mood or ability to work/think. A lot of times, I find it hard to shake a feeling of mental muddiness when going through my day, but I feel like these gummies take away anything extra that make it harder to focus. I usually try to limit my intake for moments when I feel very sluggish mentally and am unsure why (because sometimes I'm just dehydrated or haven't eaten enough), but usually after a gummy, my thoughts are sharper and I can move through the day with more intention after taking one of these!
