I usually avoid retinol products due to my sensitive, dry skin, but Flora & Bast sent me the small size of this with my last order, and I started using it a couple weeks ago while staying at my daughter’s (I love travel sized skincare for this), and this product has made me a convert: What really amazed me was how well this oil eliminated much of the flaky skin I get patches of in the winter, while leaving behind smooth, hydrated, dare I say, *happy* skin! After I get out of the shower, I pat on my usual essence, then I apply this lovely oil, sometimes just with fingertips, other times with my nice stone gua sha. It has a light, naturally herbaceous smell which is quite pleasant, and the slip is perfect for the use of a gua sha. I will definitely be purchasing this soon!

As someone with oily skin, this feels super counterintuitive but doesn't make my skin oilier - maybe even less oily. As an added benefit, I've seen some improvement with my fine lines.

This was the first F&B product I used and continues to be my favorite. It does give a little bit of a dry oil vibe but I don’t mind because I find my skin absorbs it easily (especially alongside the Hydrosol primer). I wait about 1-2 minutes between applying this and the Age Adapting Skin Serum since this is the only retinoid product I currently use and I want to let it fully sink in and do its thing. I also love the look of the new bottle and appreciate the larger size!

I wasn't sure what to expect from this product, but I'm really enjoying it so far. It's incredibly lightweight, and a little bit goes a long way. I haven't been using it long enough to see results in evenness in skin tone or clearer skin, but it mixes great with the other products I use like my cleanser and serums which is a must and it doesn't cause any irritation or discomfort. It's extremely absorbent and I'm excited to see how my skin transforms after continued use. So far so good!

I have seen a huge difference in my skin with the introduction of this product. I have since committed to the set, with the cleanser, Age Adapting Serum and primer as well, but this product on its own noticeably minimized the texture of my skin in such a short amount of time. I had never tried retinoids, since my skin is hyper sensitive and acne prone, but given that this was for acne prone skin, I tried it, and since day 1 my skin felt calm. No sensitivity whatsoever. I've been using it consistently for two weeks now morning and night, I can tell my skin is firmer and more calm with little breakouts. I just started using this and already I can tell my skin is going to love it! It almost has a dry oil feel and sinks in quickly (unlike other thick sticky sleeping oil/masks I have tried!) My skin hasn't purged overnight either, hallelujah. I was prescribed tretinoin for acne and hyperpigmentation but the filler ingredients and preservatives are SUCH a turn off. This is the only retinoid product I am using now!

I got off Accutane about a year ago and my acne has started to come back in full force. I've tried all sorts of products and this one has worked so well for me! It doesn't completely demolish my acne, but using it regularly helps speed up the amount of time new zits live on my face, helps prevent new bumps and helps speed up the life of my acne scars. My skin is crazy sensitive and (I'm assuming thanks to the CBD oil) this has not irritated or dried out my skin. In fact it makes my skin crazy soft and supple. I use two drops at night after cleansing my face, wait about 5 minutes and use a hyaluronic acid moisturizer. I only use it about 3-4 nights a week and those are always the days my skin feels the best! I just finished my first bottle and am so excited to get the next one

This is one of my favorite, if not actual favorite, serum I have ever put on my face! I have oily, acne prone, congested, aging skin. This serum soaks right in, a true lightweight oil, that never leaves me greasy! I have had great results so far, a month in. This has also simplified my skin regime, as my skin reacts beautifully with JUST this. I mainly use at night, but have also used during the day under sunscreen and makeup looks even better when using this! I stocked up and purchased 3 bottles to really give this serum a chance and I am so happy that I did! You can smell the hemp, but it dissipates quickly, so NO, you aren't walking around smelling like a joint all day either lol
