I love catching up on sleep debt with this stuff! (10-12 hours is usually what I owe because hormones/anxiety.) The taste is floral, like a jasmine green tea that steeped a little long. I love the addition of lavender + other eo goodies. The CBD CBN combo really feeds my sleep cycle, if that makes sense. It totally separates itself from other sleep tinctures out there. PLUS I use it regularly to spot treat angry hormonal chin acne, and the occasional canker sore. A little drop throughout the day to encourage healing. I take it 2 hours after dinner to start, not too close to bedtime.

i was very skeptical about using this but ended up finding it helpful. Started with less than recommended ( just to try ) and then increased in a couple of days
You simply take a dose and follow the instructions... it leads to a peaceful and deep sleep .
Pretty much tasteless and has a mild nice scent to it. This is my second order of this product and i intend to keep using.

Let me preface this review by saying that I NEVER write reviews. If you prefer to skip the details below, just know that I am only writing this because of the profound changes I (and others) have seen in myself. I feel incredible, and it’d be selfish of me not to draw attention to this product so that others can feel the same way. This is one of several CBD sleep products I've tried, and it is the ONLY product that gives me the results described below…..
For as long as I can remember, my sleeping tendencies have severely affected the quality of my life negatively.
“Crawling to sleep” would much better describe the 45 minute - 2 hour nightly timeframe where I attempt (with failure) to emulate a basic human process, and “waking up” could be aptly described as the half-awake, half-dreamlike fog encompassing the first 2-3 hours after my barrage of alarms and 4 cups of extra-strength coffee. With this cycle having continued consistently for years, I’ve noticed significant collateral damage to both mental and physical health (not to mention, there are plenty of studies documenting the long-term consequences related to improper sleep). I tried everything to no luck, and it was the one thing in my life I did not have power over. So, I’ve simply coped over the years.
When something causes disruptions to one’s daily life that affects normal functioning, doctors would call that something a disorder. My poor circadium rhythms affected energy, mood, motivation, stress, and general dispositional outlook, all of which trickled into both personal and professional life.
A friend recommended that I try Flora & Bast’s product, and while I was at first skeptical, the first night was all I needed to know that I’ll be a lifelong customer. I fell asleep effortlessly, and woke up 30 minutes before my first alarm without any brain fog. I felt so refreshed, I even went on a morning run without any coffee. This is coming from a person that hasn’t done a morning workout since high school PE and had never woken up naturally before 9 am (let alone 7:30am) in their entire adult life. This has happened nearly every single day since I began using the product nearly a month ago, and the extent to which this product has changed my life still feels surreal.
I have changed for the better, and while there is no tangible measurement for life improvement, I can say for certain that the personal value to me of this product is much higher than $80.

Literally the best sleep tincture around! My sleep the past week has been amazing with only 1/2 dropper full I am getting incredible deep and sound sleep every night. I sometimes get anxiety and have thoughts at night about work etc. After taking this wonderful tincture, I’m asleep in less than 10 minutes and I sleep for a solid 8 hours and wake up with energy and great dreams! I absolutely love Flora + Bast and is the only product that has allowed me to get deep, restorative sleep after I gave birth to my daughter. I have tried other CBD products prior to finding Flora + Bast, even ones that are twice the cost and they don’t even compare to the Age Adapting Serum.
