I took my first Deep Sleep Gummy last night and I think this will be a total game changer for me sleep! I struggle with falling asleep at night, and when I do fall asleep, I wake up several times during the night. Last night I took one gummy, along with a patch from the 3-day reset and I slept like a baby all night. I also noticed that my back didn’t hurt when I slept last night which is unusual for me to be pain free.
